According to the Bill (Reg.№2740) it is suggested that the issue on provision of disabled people with vehicles (including humanitarian ones), establish the united terminology of disabled provision with the vehicles on free or privileged conditions and cases of supplement with the motor cars with the manual or usual steering.
During the Meeting it was stressed that the Bill gives the Cabinet of Ministries of Ukraine right to "determine the order and conditions of the auto transfer in the property of the disabled person´s family".
The Members of the Committee proclaimed that the principles of the Bill correspond to the Norms of Law of European Union.
